1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product has functional issues within the warranty period

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days after delivery
  • The product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by external factors such as lightning, water damage, fire, or natural disasters
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Orders placed with incorrect specifications due to the buyer’s own mistake

Customers are strongly advised to confirm all product specifications with our sales team before placing an order.
Returns will not be accepted if the wrong product was purchased due to the buyer’s failure to verify specifications before purchase.

3. Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or incorrect shipment, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
