2. Express Shipping for Products Under 21 KG
Products with a shipment weight of less than 21 KG are normally shipped by international courier or express delivery, except products that include a solar panel.
- Estimated transit time: approximately 5–8 days after dispatch.
- Import duties and taxes: Not included.
3. Products with Solar Panels
Products that include a solar panel are shipped by sea freight by default, regardless of product weight.
- Estimated transit time: approximately 25–45 days after dispatch.
- Transit time varies by destination country, shipping route, port conditions, and customs clearance.
4. Shipments of 21 KG or More
For products or combined shipments weighing 21 KG or more, the shipping method and delivery estimate may vary. Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm the most suitable shipping option for your destination.
5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Unless a duty-paid or tax-inclusive shipping option has been agreed with us in writing before purchase, product prices and shipping charges do not include:

1. PC Software Support
Manage and view the DM10 Wise-ISP camera from a PC using AjDevTools or LMS, or access live video through supported modern web browsers. The camera supports network integration through ONVIF Profiles S/G, RTSP, RTMP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, GB28181, API and SDK.
2. Smart Detection & Time-Lapse
Intelligent security functions include motion detection, pedestrian/human detection, vehicle detection, configurable area detection and tripwire detection. Supported event actions include snapshots, recording, FTP uploads and notifications. Time-lapse photography is available for long-term observation and construction progress documentation.
Time-lapse image is a feature illustration and may show a different camera model.
3. Works with Hikvision iVMS-4200
Supports the Hikvision private protocol for compatibility with Hikvision iVMS-4200 software, together with ONVIF Profile S/G support for integration into professional CCTV systems. Available functionality can depend on the selected integration method and software version.
