Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JideTech Camera. Please review the shipping method, transit time, import duty, and preparation time before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

• Products priced over US$200: These products are usually not kept in stock. Please allow approximately 3–5 days for order preparation before shipment.
• AI products: AI cameras, AI NVRs, and other AI-related products may require approximately 2 weeks for preparation before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. To confirm availability or the expected dispatch date, please contact us before ordering.

2. Express Shipping for Products Under 21 KG

Products with a shipment weight of less than 21 KG are normally shipped by international courier or express delivery, except products that include a solar panel.

• Estimated transit time: approximately 5–8 days after dispatch.
• Import duties and taxes: Not included.

3. Products with Solar Panels

Products that include a solar panel are shipped by sea freight by default, regardless of product weight.

• Estimated transit time: approximately 25–45 days after dispatch.
• Transit time varies by destination country, shipping route, port conditions, and customs clearance.

4. Shipments of 21 KG or More

For products or combined shipments weighing 21 KG or more, the shipping method and delivery estimate may vary. Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm the most suitable shipping option for your destination.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Unless a duty-paid or tax-inclusive shipping option has been agreed with us in writing before purchase, product prices and shipping charges do not include:

• Import duties
• VAT, GST, or other local taxes
• Customs clearance fees
• Brokerage or remote-area surcharges

Buyer responsibility: Any applicable charges may be collected by the destination country’s customs authority or the shipping carrier.

6. Delivery Estimates and Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather, holidays, peak-season congestion, port delays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If a package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact the carrier and notify us within 3 days of delivery so that we can assist with the claim process.
