- AI products: AI cameras, AI NVRs, and other AI-related products may require approximately 2 weeks for preparation before shipment.

2. Express Shipping for Products Under 21 KG
Products with a shipment weight of less than 21 KG are normally shipped by international courier or express delivery, except products that include a solar panel.
- Estimated transit time: approximately 5–8 days after dispatch.
- Import duties and taxes: Not included.
3. Products with Solar Panels
Products that include a solar panel are shipped by sea freight by default, regardless of product weight.
- Estimated transit time: approximately 25–45 days after dispatch.
- Transit time varies by destination country, shipping route, port conditions, and customs clearance.
4. Shipments of 21 KG or More
For products or combined shipments weighing 21 KG or more, the shipping method and delivery estimate may vary. Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm the most suitable shipping option for your destination.
5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Unless a duty-paid or tax-inclusive shipping option has been agreed with us in writing before purchase, product prices and shipping charges do not include:

The JideTech LC005 is a professional long-range thermal PTZ camera designed for outdoor surveillance, visible laser guidance, heat source detection, and fire prevention applications. It combines a dual 5W visible laser module with a 640×512 thermal imaging camera and a 35mm thermal lens.
Unlike standard single-laser cameras, the LC005 uses one laser tube with dual visible beams: a 5W green laser and a 5W blue laser. The green laser provides high-visibility multi-beam guidance, while the blue laser offers a concentrated fine beam for precise directional indication. Together, they improve target identification, field guidance, and long-range visual assistance in demanding outdoor environments.
